PERSONNEL

Our employees are more than just employees, they are part a team with at least twenty-five years of on-hands experience. These team members play an important role in the business. The owners have college degrees in business and electronic technology with expertise in both fields. TSE has electronic service technicians who will be happy to help you determine what type of equipment you need for the best results possible. The administrative staff believes the old saying, "the customer is always right". However, there's always room for suggestions to guide the customer in the right direction. We guarantee our staff is willing and will provide services in a pleasant and helpful manner.

HISTORY

True Service Electronics first began in 1973 as a small television/CB repair shop in Ethel, Attala County, Mississippi by the late Alton O. (Red) Errington. In a garage converted into a repair shop, Red strived to provide a personal and professional service to anyone that called him at a price that they could afford. Over the years, the business became dormant due to personal health reasons and relocation of family.

In 1999, his son, Robert Errington with wife Marsha, reorganized the business in memory and honor of his father and changed the mission of the company from television repair to a communications, electronics service shop. True Service Electronics is still family owned and operated with the same commitment "Red" believed in. True Service Electronics is committed to providing the customer with all the resources necessary to complete a job or project to its "True Performance" standards.
